Osteopathic face to face consultations
The initial consultation includes a comprehensive case history, examination, hands on treatment, and advice.
Up to 1 hour is allowed for your initial consultation.
Follow up appointments last around 30 minutes, and include discussion, examination, treatment and advice.

Lifestyle & Health Coaching

Weight Loss Coaching

Health Insurance
Some or all of the cost of your treatment can be claimed back through your health insurance company. Please check with your provider to see if they cover Osteopathy and request a receipt or invoice at the end of your treatment.
I am currently registered with Simply Health, Aviva, Westerfield Health, Healthsheild, and can potentially be added to additional providers’ lists.
It is also worth noting that some self employed patients may be able to claim back Osteopathic treatment against tax.
Mobilise & Stretch Class
Classes are at Needham Market Community Centre, IP6 8BB
Fridays 10-11am term time only
£8 per class
Advanced booking and payment for the weeks that you want to do
Please bring an exercise mat, block or cushion, and a small drink. Wear stretchy clothing
Please do NOT attend the class if you feel unwell or are experiencing any covid or cold like symptoms
